With funding through the South Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SSHF) and in collaboration with Nile Sustainable Development Organisation (NSDO), CAFOD implemented a 15-month capacity strengthening project with 100 local and national organisations across South Sudan.
Running from October 2024 – January 2026, the project focused on providing organisational strengthening support across nine capacity streams:
governance
organisational mission, vision and goal
HR
administration
financial management and key internal controls
audit, fraud and risk management
planning, budgeting and grants management
supply chain management
monitoring, evaluation, accountability (including feedback and complaints handling).
